How Coach4Life can assist

One-on-One Coaching

Individual sessions are focused on giving every dad the practical tools and strategies he needs to be present and equipped to step into life circumstances requiring his wisdom, love and shepherding. They are available in person and via video conferencing.

Group Coaching

Called Huddles, these casual get-togethers in an array of venues
— including churches and other nonprofits– provide great opportunities for men to make new and meaningful friendships as they learn together. The unique experiences each dad shares can become object lessons for others in the group.

Timeouts

Exceptional memories and break-through moments often happen when a dad takes time out of his busy schedule to serve alongside his children. Coach4Life service experiences open the door for a dad to teach many life lessons during an event and afterwards. Timeouts are arranged for fathers and their children of all ages — or for the entire family.

The world of athletic coaching has changed dramatically in the last decade. About Tim Welch

He is a dedicated husband, father, coach, mentor and educator for more than 35 years, and he seeks to inspire all men to shepherd their families well.

Leveraging decades of experience as a wrestling coach, Tim has identified core principles that translate from the mat to fatherhood. For more than a decade, he has empowered hundreds of men to become the coaches their children need to navigate life’s challenges. His mentoring will equip fathers with the essential behaviors, attitudes and convictions that can foster strong relationships and guide their children toward success.
